How to create own radio streaming and add the radio into my blogspot? can you give me step by step?

I got collection of 22000 songs, and i would like to create own internet radio and DJ as well. Do anyone know how to do this in my blog page(blogspot) ?
Not an easy task! You need a radio streamer server (shoutcast is a good one). However, you won’t be able to get it on your blogspot, unless the blogspot is yours and on your own server!
