My website is up, but I would like a page to where people can blog on it to network, communicate with each other, advertise, etc. How can I do this, what language do I use and/or programs?

If you have paid hosting, look in your Control Panel for the WordPress app and install it using the CP’s Installer.

I placed info links in my blog and it is active. Just copy the ad code and place it on ur blog with the following steps.
Go to the layout of ur blog from there click add widget and select the html widget, then place the code on the window and save it. Info links will select appropriate text in ur blog and place their links whenever ur blog is approved. They will conforming it to u by email.

So I recently realized that someone that I don’t want reading into my personal life was following my blog. I took them off my followers list, but is it possible that they are still reading my blog, even though they are not a follower. By taking them off my followers link, did that block them from just entering my url whenever they want to read it. If not, could someone explain how I can block them.

Sounds tough but if you know there IP address you can block it or a range of IP addresses? I found this free plugin that should help..

Former Reason magazine Editor in Chief Virginia Postrel has seen the strengths and the shortcomings of the American health care system both as a kidney donor and a breast cancer survivor.
