Go to your wordpress dashboard by going to http://your-domain.com/wp-admin and go to settings >general and put in your info there

Ithink the easiest and best blogging website is blogger you can go to blogger.com and just press make a blog from there in three steps you can have a blog already made. When you customize try to think of a theme such as blue, nature, stars, or patterns. Then work around your theme. After that you need to think of your writing theme. wil you write about your life other peoples life art, music, random things. You post ing should revolve around your title. I would have to say from my experience Wordpress would be one of the best ones to use, especially because it is so customizable. Yes you are right it can be very lucrative to start a blog about your business for a couple of different reasons. One to promote your own business and to make others interested in what you are doing. Another is to possibly make some extra revenue off of your blog with advertising and affiliate marketing.

To start a blog you can go to a blog site and make a profile for starters. You may also have a domain name as the site where you may set up a wordpress account on. For instance then it could be "yournamehere"blog.com or something similar. The latter of the two is way more complicated than going to a site and starting a blog but the other looks a lot better for your own personal use. Just has to do with your preference on the matter.

How much one can make from blogging is not a simple question, because a lot of things has to be taken into account.

First is, you have to find out how good weight loss is with a lot of monetization options. I see weight loss has a good topic to blog about and one that would be profitable. But you still have to do your research just to be sure.

Before doing your research though, you want to decide the different ways you would like to make money from your blog. Then do a research and see if the topic weight loss is favorable to those monetization models you had in mind. Generally just how many ways can you monetize the topic? A profitable topic in terms of monetization is one that can be monetized in several ways, atleast 3.

Multiple screams of income is the way to go.

Some major way to monetize a blog are:

Adense – pay per click advertising program. Adense is one of the easiest ways to monetize a blog. If you are interested in making money from adsense though you have to make sure that weight loss has a cost per click of $2 and above.

Affiliate marketing : Selling other people’s products. If you are interested in this option, ensure that there are good number of books available relating to weight loss that you can recommend to people and make commissions.

Banner Advertising : You are paid for banners related to your topic to be displayed on your blog.
I assume that if weight loss is good with adsense it should also be good with this.

There are more ways to make money from blogging but these are the majors. If your topic are good with these ones it would be good with others.

Another major determinant of how much you make and how soon you make it is the number of traffic you generate to your blog. And how soon you can generate it. The key to making money online is Traffic and more traffic. He who has the traffic, has the money. Simple!

So the steps you take, how you take them will determine your result.
