Its fast and simple, but its still powerful. The extensions selections are little compared to Firefox, but its growing and someday it might surpass Firefox.

Google chrome is not a web-browser. It is a trojan horse, with a browser frontend for you to surf the web. At the b(l)ack side if suck up all information from your harddrive to be uploaded and indexed by big brothers search engine aka, Google.

So if you love your (off-line)privacy, get rid of it

when did you find that out? You probably uploaded something yourself. I myself have had several virus protections (not at the same time) and none detected google chrome as a trojan horse. Also, google is one the richest companies in the world, if it’s a trojan, then someone would have found it out, posted it up on yahoo news, and sued google for like $9845872

you can customize everything about it! You can go into settings, then options, and you can customize EVERYTHING. Where your downloads are, what font websites appear in, how cookies can be used, what search engine is used for the address bar, and even add themes. You can even customize the source code if you absolutely hate the default settings. When you visit websites, it checks to see if it’s on the list of malware websites, or even if it hosts ads or content from those sites.
