How can I improve the quality of my blog?

I’m using blogger and want to have HQ pictures and a HQ look overall. I have Adobe CS3 (dreamweaver, photoshop, contribute,fireworks,etc) on my computer however how can I use those programs to increase my blog? Any good tips or sites?
Well, you do have lots of tools, but without us even knowing what your blog is, it’s kind of hard to give specific advice. Why don’t you start looking through some of the blogger material. There is a lot of information on blogger before you need to go anywhere else.
Remember that the templates are done in xml, and so getting a basic idea of blogger templates is a good way to start if you want to customize your blog.
As far as HQ (head quarters…) pictures go, remember that a blog is simply a website and so you want to keep your images size down, just like any other website. Especially with blogger blogs, if you want someone to read it, make load times fast. That means keeping your image sizes low. You can still have HQ without having pictures that are to large.

A blog is really a publication. Just as in the case of a publication, one should have clarity on the objectives of the blog. The objectives may be related to the type of content in the blog, the audience of the blog, the layout of the blog and so on.
Once the objectives of the blog are known, it might be well to create a plan to achieve those objectives. The items in the plan may include the approach to create the posts, the planned frequency of the posts, the tools required to create the posts and ensure the posts appear well in different browsers and so on. In addition, there are guidelines available for bloggers.
Simply executing the plan may not be sufficient in keeping the visitors delighted. The blog owner should solicit feedback on the posts and try to implement the suggestions in the blog.
