yes you surely can.I too have done the same with my site-www.softwaresgiant.co.cc which is actually softwaresgiant.blogspot.com. First of all get a desired domain name at www.co.cc and then search google for how to use co.cc for blogger and the pages will give you the desired details.Your site will be activated in 1 to 12 hours(it usually does in 1 hour).Hope you like it.

   There should be documentation at the website of your blog developer on how to move a blog. For WordPress or b2evolution, for example, it’s very easy to change the domain. You just need to edit a few config files, changing the $siteurl value to the new address.

   You will experience some problems, perhaps, as you wait for the DNS changes to propagate if you’ve only just setup this website now. To maintain uptime, for example, I had to set my $siterul value to the numerical IP of my new server when I moved my installation once. Then, once the DNS changes had propagated, I put the domain name back into the URL.
